We are a family-owned and operated business. I am the 2nd generation here at Mid USA Insurance - Kim Smith is my Mother. I first started here at Mid USA Insurance using a typewriter to type the labels for the birthday cards- in the 1900s... We continue the tradition of celebrating our clients with an annual birthday card.
